But...Most cars are FWD....Most trucks have beds. It's as simple as adding weight in the bed of the truck. The Sedans that are RWD are almost always heavier than the Z (any sports car for that matter) therefore have better traction more times than not. It's not that I or anyone else can't. If the Z is your DD, then take heed to what nixit said and use "common sense." I am lucky enough to have a Daily Driver (Mazda Millenia) that is much safer IMO than my Z in the incliment weather and I also don't chance someone else hitting my Z when idiot isn't driving responsibly.
